Due to expert opinion: Stephen Bear's sentence stayed

Stephen Bear’s (33) conviction is pending. The reality star appeared in court last year for allegedly filming co-star Georgia Harrison having sex. He is said to have published the clip, which is why a court found him guilty of voyeurism, among other things, in December. But it could take a while before the verdict is reached: Stephen’s verdict is to be postponed due to a psychiatric report.

Essex Live reported that Stephen’s final judgment was due to be pronounced on January 31. But his attorney filed a motion to postpone the final hearing until early March. The reason for this should be a renewed psychiatric report. The 33-year-old has previously been assessed, but those responsible are unable to “make a full diagnosis,” the defense attorney said: “Prosecutors cited Mr. Bear’s conduct at trial and I think that a psychiatric report would provide some context.” The hearing was postponed to March 3rd.

In the meantime, Stephen seems to be planning a big step in his love life: a few days ago he announced his engagement to his partner Jessica Smith. In a TikTok video, he asked his loved one the question of all questions in the middle of a restaurant – and she answered yes to applause from the guests.
