“I didn’t have a plan. […] I haven’t thought much about it. I didn’t do much research, I just pulled the trigger”the actress said about her decision to become a mother so late in an interview with The Cut. If she thinks too much about something, she doesn’t do it: “It’s better for me to feel something and just do it. A lot of people read books about raising children. I didn’t do any of that. I did told me, ‘When the kid comes, I’ll just find out.'”
In a previous interview with People had Lucy already revealed why she chose surrogacy at the time. “It just seemed like the right option to me because I was working and didn’t know when to stop”the New York native explained.
