This is the story of “Hostile Territory”

Shortly before the end of the North American Civil War, freed Union officer Jack Calgrove (Brian Presley) wants to return to his family immediately. When he returns home, however, a shock awaits him: his beloved wife has tragically passed away.

And immediately follows the second bad news: the authorities apparently assumed that he too had died. So they sent his children (Emma Presley, Ruby Presley and Jackson Presley) across enemy lines deep into the western part of the country where their older half-brother Phil (Cooper North) lives.

Calgrove fears they will never get there. So he quickly joins forces with a team of heavily armed natives, a soldier separated from his unit (Craig Tate), and a former slave and desperate mother (Natalie Whittle) who has a similar experience. Together the group wants to try to catch up with the train with the children and save them…

Brian Presley: A soap star as western hero

The project is directed, written and produced by Brian Presley, who presents his second directorial work after the adventure film “The Great Alaskan Race”. He also took on the lead role of the father desperately fighting for his children’s lives. Presley was better known as a soap opera star in Port Charles, an offshoot of General Hospital.

Other parts include Matt McCoy (“The Ice Road”), Lew Temple (“The Walking Dead”), Brea Bee (“Silver Linings”) and Brad Leland from “Friday Night Lights”.
