The actress has been part of the German cult soap for eight years now – when she entered the series as Sunny in 2015, she was only 20 years old. In October last year, the blonde announced that she would have her last day of shooting in February this year. Now reported Valentinahow difficult it was for her to say goodbye to the set.
“I had my last day of shooting in Babelsberg a month and a half ago and think back to the ‘good times’ with great fondness. The team will always have a place in my heart.”she revealed to the Picture-Newspaper. Her last scene will be shown on German TV on March 27 – together with her acting colleague and series grandfather Wolfgang Bahro (62). The 62-year-old summed up the farewell in one sentence: “The tears in the scene were followed by the real tears when we had the scene in the can.”
Since her departure Valentina seemed to be enjoying their new found free time very much. She spent a lot of time with her family – she is now in Bali and is taking a break until April. “[Ich] I’m looking forward to everything that’s coming up and coming my way.”she revealed.
