There is probably no time for the royal family to relax just yet. Yesterday was the big day for King Charles III. (74) queued. Millions of people followed the events in Westminster Abbey, where the crown was presented to the son of Queen Elizabeth II (✝96). And today was already the next big event. Princess Kate (41) and Prince William (40) wore casual clothes for a coronation party!

She paired it with loose black pants and silver jewelry. Her husband wore a light blue shirt under his dark sack to match his wife’s look. Together they greeted a large crowd that had gathered around town for the Big Lunch. In the midst of the crowd, Kate and William also treated themselves to a sip: a couple offered the two a home-brewed King Charles beer, which they apparently did not want to miss.
In a few hours the next celebration will begin: The big concert where stars like Katy Perry (38) and Take That will be on stage to celebrate the new king. The American soul singer Lionel Richie (73) will also perform some of his hits.
