At university, Pippa had the opportunity to mingle with the royal family, not knowing that fate would bring the royal family on her way. Lord Edward Innes-Ker, son of the Duke of Roxburghe, and Count Percy, son of the Duke of Northumberland, were Pippa’s housemates and called themselves ‘Castle Crew’. She was with the latter for a short time before obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature in 2008. An outgoing person, Pippa Middleton had a flair for outdoor event management, but after graduating from university, she worked for a public company promoting luxury products before switching to event management. Her first job in this respect was with the London-based event management company Table Talk.

Penguin Books paid her an advance of £400,000 to write a book on event planning for her. She wrote a piece entitled Celebrate, which was published in 2012, but the book was a commercial failure and had very low ratings, so she had to part with her frailing in 2013.

As a writer, she has worked as an editor and contributor to various publications and magazines, including The Spectator (2012), Vanity Fair (2013), Waitrose Kitchen (2013), The Sunday Telegraph (2013), etc. In May 2014 she quit her job with the latter and became a director of PXM Enterprises Limited, a company in which she held shares, but only three months after her marriage in 2017 she closed the business. In 2013 Pippa became an ambassador for a school for hearing impaired children. She is also an ambassador for the British Heart Foundation.

Her Route to Fame – Kate Middleton

Pippa’s popularity came with the marriage of her older sister, Kate Middleton, to Prince William. It was this relationship that changed the status of her family in Britain when her sister became the Dutchwoman of Cambridge. Kate had met the young Prince William at the University of St Andrews, Scotland, and they began a relationship that would later lead them to the altar.
