The British royals are already in the middle of preparations for the coronation! Since the death of Queen Elizabeth (✝96) last September, her son King Charles (74) has been the head of the British monarchy. Even though he has been in power for over half a year, his official coronation is yet to come. But tomorrow it’s finally time. Prince William (40) and his Kate (41) are already taking part in a celebratory meal.
How Hello! reports, the 74-year-old invited some important personalities to a special lunch one day before his big day. The heir to the throne and his wife attended the Realm Governors General and Prime Ministers Lunch alongside a number of Prime Ministers and Commonwealth officials. The pictures show the couple dressed as usual. The mother of three wore a white dress with black trimmings. Her husband appeared in a classic black suit.
Other guests at the gathering included Jill Biden (71), wife of US President Joe Biden (80). This traveled to represent him. Also the Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau (51) was published for this special occasion.
