Michael James Vogel was born on July 17, 1979 in Abington Township, Pennsylvania, to Kathy and Jim Vogel.

His family has German-American ancestry and both of his grandfathers served valiantly in World War II; one was a tank commander for the Battle of the Bulge and the other acted as a Seabee for the Navy.

Vogel grew up in Warminster Township with his two younger siblings Daniel Aaron and Kristin and attended William Tennent High School where he was on the freshman wrestling team.

After graduating, he enrolled at Cairn University in Langhorne, while also traveling repeatedly to New York City to fulfill acting and modeling jobs.

Mike Vogel and Courtney Vogel are a happily married couple with three beautiful children. Courtney is a former model who had worked with several companies before tying the knot with Mike.

The two now have a family of five, as they are blessed with three lovely children; Cassy Renee, Charlee Bea and Gabriel James.
