He is an American professional wrestler who signed under the RAW brand, the son of a former wrestler and the half-brother of another wrestler. His real name is Dustin Patrick Runnels and he was born on April 11, 1969, in Austin, Texas, USA, his birth sign is Aries. Dustin was born as the son of his father Dusty Rhodes, who was a former wrestler and WWE Hall of Famer and is popularly known as “The Dream American”. Sadly, he kicked the bucket in 2015. Runnels has a sister named Kristin Runnels Ditto, who is a professional cheerleader for NFL Team Dallas Cowboys.

Dustin or Goldust, as he would later be called, made his wrestling debut in 1988 at the Championship Wrestling from Florida, which was later renamed the Professional Wrestling Federation. He also wrestled in the All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW) and the United States Wrestling Association (USWA) before signing with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) and scoring his first victory over Ted DiBiase in a ten-minute challenge match on television. In 1990 he was signed to the RAW brand.

He debuted Persona Goldust in WWF in 1995 and was nicknamed “The Bizarre” for his flirtatious way of wrestling, his mind games of rage with distractions, and confusion, subtly attacking his opponents. From his debut until today Goldust has fought against many other wrestlers, fighting great feuds at different times and winning great victories and championships.

As already mentioned, Goldust was born of a father who was a wrestler and is the half brother of another wrestler named Cody Rhodes. This gives a yes to the question of whether he is related to Stardust.

In 2013, Stardust was released from the WWE after losing to Randy Orton. His half-brother Goldust fought Orton in an attempt to get his brother back into the company, but he also lost to him and saw himself fired as well.

The then Chief Operating Officer – Triple H and his wife Stephanie McMahon made them an offer concerning the half-brothers who faced the two members of The Shield, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins, on the battlefield, and if they lost, they would never work in the WWE again, and their father would also see his contract as a trainer at the performance center terminated.

This game marked the debut of Goldust and Stardust as a tag team called “The Brotherhood”, “The Rhodes Brothers” and later “Gold and Stardust”. The Brothers fought for their careers, and at the end of the game, they emerged as the winners. The two half-brothers continued their career as tag-team until they were disbanded after 8 months because they had lost many games as tag-team.
