Biography (Age) of Doug Baldwin

Douglas Dewayne Baldwin Jr. was born on September 21, 1988, in Gulf Breeze, Florida, U.S.A. He spent most of his formative years in Florida with his family, including his only younger brother named Devon. During his time at Gulf Breeze High School, he participated in a variety of athletic activities but focused more on athletics and youth soccer. In his senior year, Doug scored six touchdowns and 42 receptions for 682 yards (16.2 yards).

For his university education and college career, Doug Baldwin was enrolled at Stanford University, where he played soccer from 2007 to 2010 and served as a kick-returner and wide receiver. Although he was very important in his final year at Stanford at the Receiver Yards, he still hasn’t been drafted in the 2011 NFL Draft. At the end of the 2011 NFL lockout, Doug was hired by the Seattle Seahawks as an unclaimed Free Agent on a $1.4 million contract. In the first week of the 2011 season, when he played against the San Francisco 49ers, Doug scored the first touchdown of his career, a 55-yard touchdown scored by quarterback Tarvaris. This made him the first unconscripted rookie to lead his team in yards receiving and receiving since the merger of the NFL and AFL.

Later, the Seahawks used Tyler Lockett, a wide receiver from fast Kansas State, and also acquired Jimmy Graham (a pro-bowl tight end) from the New Orleans Saints during the 2015 postseason. The inclusion of the new teammates, who were called offensive weapons, proved good for both Doug and the Seahawks. Based on his performance for his team, Baldwin was offered a four-year, $46 million contract extension with a $24 million guarantee, making him the sixth highest-earning recipient in the NFL. On January 23, 2017, Doug Baldwin was named by the Arizona Cardinals as a replacement for Larry Fitgerald and was subsequently ranked 88th in the 2017 Top 100 Players of the Year by his fellow players.

Personal Life – Wife, Girlfriend

Soccer players are known to be quite complex, especially when it comes to their relationship. Either they have to deal with many women, who in turn become baby mamas or wives or girlfriends who are completely hidden from the public. When it comes to Doug’s personal life, he lets as much out as he wants. What we know so far is that in 2012 he started a very public relationship with the beautiful Jennilyn DeJesus, who has sometimes been called a sports junkie.

The reason for this is that since she was younger, she had been exposed to a variety of sports activities before she decided, like Doug, to pursue a professional career as a football player. Interestingly, she also played like Doug Wide Receiver, which makes her relationship seem like the perfect one. Unfortunately, the relationship between the two broke up in 2015 without giving the reason for their separation.

Soon he began to meet another woman named Tara Sabourin, a data analyst for Atigeo in Bellevue, Washington. Doug Baldwin proposed to Tara on March 3, 2016, but the two have yet to marry. At least this has not yet been made public.

Height and Weight

In American football, even the biggest and tallest men can appear much smaller when they play against their opponents, opponents, or colleagues. Undoubtedly, it is a very intense sport that demands strength and endurance from the athletes, which is why anyone who has serious hopes of making it in this profession must have average body values, otherwise, it could be a painful experience.

For Doug, he does not do badly when it comes to strength, endurance, and mass, as he weighs a good 69 kg (189.6 lbs). Although he reaches a height of 5 feet 10 inches (1.8 m), which may not be able to compete with most other football players like him, he still does well to hold his own on the field.
