She is the middle child of three children born in the family; her older sister is named Simone, while her younger brother is named JP.

Kaylin received her high school diploma from the Robert Morgan Educational Center, where she studied dance and was an active member of the institution’s dance team from 2008 to 2011.

She has revealed that she came from a broken home and suffered a series of verbal and physical abuse from her mother during her childhood. Without her father as an important head of the family, her mother will often put her in a position where she would be forced to question herself whether love (family love) was meant that way. Nonetheless, she persevered and moved on with her life, no matter how uninspiringly she kept dragging the harsh realities of her existence before her.
