Before she got her first role as a professional actress in the 2011 movie God Bless America, in which she played Chloe, Maddie Hasson had already shown many years earlier that she was made for the entertainment world. The American actress, who has made a name for herself with roles in productions such as The Finder and Twisted, has already achieved a great deal in her career of fewer than ten years with more than ten films and TV shows as well as nominations and awards.

Maddie Hasson Biography

The actress was born on January 4, 1995, in New Bern, North Carolina, USA, as Madelaine Hasson. Here she was raised by an oral surgeon, Michael Hasson, and a mother, Catherine Hasson, a housewife. She also has two sisters with whom she was raised, one of whom is named Anna Hasson.

Since Maddie had developed a love of entertainment from a very young age, she started dancing at the age of 7.

Not long after she started dancing, she was signed by the FoxTroupe Dance Company, where she continued to improve and won many awards. Furthermore, thanks to a scholarship she was able to go to the Broadway Dance Theatre in New York City. She then went to the Opera House Theatre Company, where she developed her acting skills with additional roles.

Her manager, Ric Beddingfield, convinced the actress’s parents to allow her to go to Los Angeles and do some auditions. For a month, all of her reluctant parents gave her permission to either get a role herself or to be back to continue her education and go to college.

Then she moved to Los Angeles with her mother, and a month later she got her role in “God Bless America” and started a career that has been fantastic until now.

Movies and TV Shows

As mentioned above, Maddie Hasson began her professional career in 2011 when she was cast as Chloe in the black comedy thriller movie God Bless America. The next film she appeared in was Underdogs (2013), in which she portrayed Renee Donohue.

In 2015, she received one of her notoriously toughest jobs in her young career when she portrayed Billie Jean in the biographical drama film I Saw the Light. In the same year, she appeared as Daschulla in A Light Beneath Their Feet, followed by a portrayal of Shelly in Good After Bad in 2016, and in 2017 she appeared in the short film Ape as Blonde and also in the novitiate as Sister Sissy.

She has also done equally well on television, where she has a number of titles to her credit. She made her television debut in 2012 when she was cast as Will Monday in the Fox television series “The Finder”. Also in 2012, she appeared in an episode of Grimm as Carly Kampfer.

Her next major role came in 2013 when she played Jo Masterson in the ABC Family television series “Twisted”. Her work in the series earned her a nomination for the Teen Choice Awards as Choice Summer TV Star: Female. In 2014, she received another nomination for the Teen Choice Award for the same show in the series Choice TV Actress: Drama.

The actress played Alice in Mr. Mercedes (2017), and in 2018 she received another leading role in Impulse, where she played Henrietta Coles (Henry).

Maddie Hasson Husband

Maddie Hasson, a woman of great beauty, got to know love at a very early age, and she lost no time in settling down. At the age of 20, she married her husband, Julian Brink. Brink is not very popular, but as a composer and actor, he is known for Sommerfrei (2013).

Although there is not so much information about her husband, it is known that he comes from South Africa and still has members of his family there. The couple travels a lot to different parts of the world and does not miss visiting Brink’s home country, where his language is Afrikaans. Because she does not have an ear for languages, the actress is still trying to find a way to learn them.

Years after their marriage, Maddie and Julian seem to be very strong, and the actress shares her images with her husband again and again on social media. They also always attend public events together, but they do not yet have children together.
