Hilton was born on 17 February 1981 in Paris Whitney Hilton attended Buckley Elementary School and St Paul the Apostle School. She began high school at Marywood-Palm Valley School in Rancho Mirage, California, and when her family moved away from California, she moved to Canterbury School in New Milford, Connecticut.
