Alligood’s love of acting began at a fairly young age. She discovered her talent for acting and soon began participating in community-based platforms with an adult elation, and when her parents noticed her love and passion for what she was doing, they began looking for auditions for her.

Eventually, she became known as a child actress in 2014, and the following year she made her first cinema appearance in the Sony PlayStation Network Power series. She also starred in a short television movie called “Out for Delivery” before landing the big movie in which she played the children’s version of Cara Delevingnes character in Paper Towns. Her role in the film earned her a nomination for the Young Artist Award in the supporting actress category.

After an audition in 2016, she won the coveted role of Frankie in Better Things and subsequently starred in two other drama films – The Divergent Series, Allegiant, and Miracles from Heaven. She played the role of Crush Girl in Allegiant.

In 2017, she was given a starring role in a commercial for the iPad Pro from Apple Inc. The commercial caused a lot of controversies, she acted like a child who had no idea what a computer was. Many misunderstood the ad and thought she actually didn’t know what a computer was, which was absurd for a girl of her generation. The end of the ad didn’t go as planned because many made fun of it on YouTube.

In 2018 Hannah Alligood played the role of Olivia in David Hudgin’s and Carol Mendelsohn’s CBS drama pilot Chiefs 2018, which also featured award-winning actress Jorja Fox.

Hannah lives with her simple family, which consists of herself, her parents, and her younger sister. Her mother’s name is Kelly Alligood, but her father’s name is unknown. Her mother has sacrificed a lot for her to be successful in her chosen career.
